Shrinkage Guarantee
We guarantee that our apparel, when cared for according to the manufacturer’s instructions, will maintain its fit and quality. If a garment experiences significant shrinkage despite following proper care guidelines, we will evaluate the issue and offer one of the following solutions:
- Replacement: A one-time exchange for the same item in the same size.
- Store Credit: A credit toward a future purchase.
Conditions & Exclusions:
- The garment must have been washed and dried according to the care instructions provided.
- Claims must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
- Customized items (embroidered or printed) are eligible for replacement but not refunds.
- Normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage from improper washing (e.g., excessive heat, bleach, or rough handling) are not covered.
